Hot Wheels

T.I. teamed up with Travis Porter and Young Dro for Hot Wheels, a southern party banger at its finest.

Control

Benny Benassi Ft. Gary Go, new video for Control. Nice little sing-along anthem :)

Half Naked and Almost Famous

Finally! The video for Machine Gun Kelly's title track of the new album. MGK is usually notorious for going hard, but this song has a great upbeat happy-go-lucky mentality that puts Mac Miller to shame. I think I have a new crush...

Let's Get Hot

AC Slater recorded this track in Knife Party's studio a year ago, and it's a shame it wasn't released sooner. Slater tweeted "fun fact 2. nobody cares" but I care! It's hard for me to describe right now, so just listen. Not too light, not too heavy, just enough to get you hot.

VAVA VOOM

Bassnectar officially released the title track of his album coming out April 10th. Hype is big, and Lupe Fiasco has just the flow to match. The track starts off with Bassnectars usual trance-enducing womp, and Lupe's lyrics go over like butter on toast. The build up goes on for a while, with the real drop coming in at 2:45.

Best Believe

David Banner has been putting out tons of word for his new album, Sex, Drugs, and Video Games, which is coming out in May. This song, Believe, which features Big K.R.I.T has a chorus that falls in line with classic inspirational hip-hop anthems like Twista's "Hope." Free mixtapes have long since been the starting point for rappers, so Banner's new project is being offered for free (urging donation) to show that urban music is important and loved.

Blow Your Head

Diplo is unstoppable at this point. Everything he releases is impeccable. This is mix 10 from his new show on Sirius XM radio. He takes everything to the next level, with flawless transitions between genres. Heres the tracklist from Mad Decent:

1 The Partysquad - Lighter Man
2 Nicky Romero - Toulouse (Chocolate Puma Remix)
3 Metsi - Murfs (Original Mix)
4 Micky Slim - I'm A Freak
5 The Chemical Brothers x Miles Dyson x Elite Force - Swoon Anthem (RVMPD)
6 Wax Motif & Neoteric - Go Deep (Torro Torro Remix)
7 Calvin Harris - Feel So Close (Fareoh Feels So Cold Bootleg)
8 Alvara & Keneth - Break it Down
9 Obi Blanche - 72 Hours (NT89 Remix)
10 Handbreakes - The Qat
11 2 Hyped Brothers and A Dog - Doo Doo Brown
12 Tyga - Rack City (Emynd Doo Doo Brown Remix)
13 Bro Safari & ETC!ETC! - The Clap
14 Sazon Booya & Heartbreak - Rompe El Suelo
15 Bro Safari - Uncrushable (Jay Fay Remix)
16 Bosstone - Lean
17 Usher - Climax (Diplo & Flosstradamus Remix)
18 Diplo & Oliver Twizt - GO (Filthy Disco Remix)
19 Diplo & Don Diablo - Make You Pop (Trumpdisco Remix)
20 Spinstyles - Magic
21 Burial and Four Tet- Nova

My favorite drop is at 7.30, which exposed me to Metsi (also on the Mad Decent Jeffrees label). This song Murphs is crazy. He's polish so you know he's qualified for electro-greatness.

Victor

Zeds Dead and Omar Linx teamed up on Mad Decent's label to release this mixtape, Victor. It combines elements of oldschool and futuristic sound, merging dubstep and classic hip hop styles. The Coffee Break mix works beautifully, bringing the intro to a new level. Extremely well paired, the mixtape reflects the current bridge being built between rap and electronic music, in a much better way than has been done before.

Primadonna

Benny Benassi picked up Marina and the Diamonds new song Primadonna, and doubles the dose of house. It's a cutesy, sassy girls anthem, "You say that I'm kind of difficult, but it's always someone elses fault." Personally, the original makes me crave an Adventure Club remix that gets filthy. It'll grow on you.

Live Fast, Die Young, Bad Girls Do It Well

Remix from DJ Wick-It, who will be playing Summercamp this year. Sick remix, M.I.A. is such a badass. "My chain hits my chest when I'm bangin on the dashboard" at 1:15.

Stars Come Out (Dillon Francis Remix)

Dillon Francis is blowing up, this time tackling Stars Come Out, originally by Zedd. It's heavy, futuristic, and ready to throw down.

Gods Gone Crazy

This video is images from a graphic novel by Josh Blaylock that's being released in correlation with Murs' new album, Yumiko: Curse Of The Merch Girl, dropping Thursday. It's a calm chimey flow that goes pretty deep. According to Wikipedia: "His name is an acronym that he himself has created multiple meanings for such as "Making the Universe Recognize and Submit" or "Making Underground Raw Shit."

Juicy J Can't

Juicy J has been going ham on epic style bangers, featuring a loop from his blow-up single Zip and a Double Cup. "You say no to drugs, Juicy J can't" was obviously one of the best lines, and I love that he just took it to a whole new track.

Eyes Wide Open (Felguk Remix)

Original track by Dirty South & Thomas Gold, featuring Kate Elsworth, Eyes Wide Open was released as a typical house hit. Felguk took it to the next level, adding a womp that leaves the listener uncontainable. The first minute of this remix gives you a look at the original, but the drop takes it from "eyes wide open" to "eyes buggin" at 1:50.

Fegulk are two Brazillian Dj's, so they must have sexy beats. Here's another one of their songs, 2Nite, which is more of the "made for radio" dubstep style.

Hell Yeah Nas

New Nas single, The Don. Love it, it goes hard with a dutti vibin backtrack. At 2:30 it totally changes tones and goes light, before droppin back in. I don't need to explain Nas, he's definitely justified in the track of the title. He's The Don.

Timbaland Is Back

Timbaland released this preview to his new Album featuring Dev, Shock Value III. Break Ya Back has the same sexy vibe that Timbaland had with Nelly Furtado on Promiscuous, but takes it down to a slower vibe. Tim is the best for eastern inspired beats, and this song gets that same exotic twang found on older tracks with Aalyiah. Speaking of which...

RIP

Hip Hop Mau5

Cypress Hill gets my vote for the best rap-gone-electro. This mix with Deadmau5 called Failbait adds a nice little wobble to the usual Cypress sound. I've been waiting for some new classic Deadmau5, but this is just what I needed to hold me over. It was made last year, but since it wasn't house the master track just got released on soundcloud this morning.

Krewella

Dubstep duo Krewella nailed it in the title of their newest track, Killin' It. Bad ass bitches, of course they're from Chicago, where else? Finally, some epic dubstep women. Ladies, Leggooooo!

Nobody's Perfect: Video

New video for J. Cole's 2011 track with my girl Missy Elliott. Soulful, sweet, and mellow, if every girl wasn't already in love with him, they are now. And I pray to god this means Missy is back.

Hopsin

You need to know Hopsin. He took the term monster to a new level, with the contacts to match. And his rhymes are just as killer. With a chorus like "get off my dick" how can you go wrong, right? This track, Hop Madness, uses a simple snare/piano beat that delivers.

Here's an older song, Ill Mind of Hopsin 4, directed and edited by the man himself.

Miike Snow is Still an Animal

This song, Paddling Out, was released by electronic artist Miike Snow about a month ago (according to soundcloud.) His new album Happy to You is on presale now. Its a much more alternative electro sound, I guess the mood of the day is chill.

Here's a bomb ass remix by Wolfgang Gartner, that adds the crazy house drop that the original left to be desired.

Hot Chip

Hot Chip takes it down a notch while keeping me in my usual electronic trance. The song Flutes is a dizzying mixture of falsetto vocals and spinning beats, mirrored in this video (I warned you). It's a good one for the chill study mix. Off their upcoming album In our Heads, gonna be in my head all day.

More Diplo!

Yay more new Diplo, this time with Vato Gonzalez. It's the Rasclatt Rhythm. Vato is a Dutch producer known for originating "dirty house." The song uses a comination of jamaican house drums and electronic dub sounds, it's definitely time to get dirty.

Speak Up

Image from http://gottadancedirty.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Laidback-Luke-Feat.-Wynter-Gordon-Speak-Up-450x450-e1329498829113.jpg

New track from Laidback Luke and Wynter Gordon, Speak Up, has been previewed over and over again, but nothing compares to an original intro. Killer drumbeat intro and fantastic buildup, with a drop that hums like a racecar at 2 minutes. Gaurenteed to make your face melt a little like the album art's.

Yeah Bitch, Call Me Steve-O

Clevland rapper MGK aka Machine Gun Kelly just released the remix of his song Wildboy ft. Waka Flocka, and this time he got 2Chainz, Meek Mill, Yo Gotti, French Montana, Mystikal, and the Wildboy Steve-O himself. It's songs like this that make me furious not to have subs.

His new EP Half Naked and Almost Famous is set to drop March 20th and features a collab with Cassie, which I'm pretty excited about.

Taylor Allderdice

New Wiz Khalifa mixtape Taylor Allderdice goes back to his roots. Always classic rhymes over the easy morning beats that made him famous and are perfect for cruisin. He goes for the style of "That Good," with the perfect airy flow. Guilty Conscience amps it up with a little electronic swagger, and Never Been pt2 featuring Amber Rose is a nice little banger for you and your girl. Roll the windows down and go for a drive today, it's gorgeous in Milwaukee, meaning everywhere else is even better.

Download it here!

Express Yourself!

Diplo's new video Express Yourself feat Nicky Da B (proclaimed a "Bounce Rapper" on his website) released today on Karmaloop! Both the song and the video are bootyshakers.

Chasing Summers

Tiesto just released his newest track from his Club Life Miami series. The song is called Chasing Summers and couldn't be a more perfect anthem for spring break. Gettin down and dirty three minutes in and then bringing back the uppity house we love so dearly.

Original

Mystikal just released his first video for ‘Original’ with Lil Wayne and Birdman. He's got a nice low flow, his voice reminds me of Busta Rhymes or Ja Rule. His album YMCMB should be out this summer!

Bambooyah!

New White Panda! Mashup Monday! Anyone that opens with Ignition by R Kelly is a winner. Also check out what they did with Levels at around 37.

Letter To The Game

DD172 Presents Jim Jones "Letter to the Game" from DD172 on Vimeo.

Jim Jones just released this video for his track Letter to the Game. Bomb track, love the saturation in the video. But let's be honest, I saw you on Hip Hop Wives Jim, you live in a fine ass neighborhood. Still though, love the spirit of a hustler.

The Cinema by Yoni Einhorn

Hello Forever (Mixtape)

The Pro Letarians from IU just released this mixtape, Hello Forever. Anyone who samples James Brown gets an a plus, these kids are out here. Plus, who didn't love the classic show Sister Sister? "Tell these lil boys like Roger, go home" is one of the best choruses I've heard lately. It's funny, sometimes I forget how cool real instruments can be. Can't wait to bang this at a BBQ this summer... counting down

Grab the entire mixtape HERE

NT89 part DEUX

NT89 - Voices [FOOL'S GOLD] (snippet from Annie Mac's show on BBC Radio1) by NT89

This song, Voices, is taken off NT89's EP of the same name. NT89 is someone to watch, bringing in low synth.

From Soundcloud:
"a hypnotic burst of chopped club music built on echo chamber snare hits, endlessly rolling tom toms and the craziest vocal-as-synthesizer since Ferris stole a Ferrari to the tune of Yello’s “Oh Yeah.” But Bueller never jacked his body like THIS!"

David Guetta & Nicky Romero

David Guetta & Nicky Romero - Metropolis (WMC 2012 Exclusive Preview) by nickyromero

Might as well call them the wonder twins of house, David Guetta and Nicky Romero just released this WMC 2012 exclusive preview, Metropolis. It's pretty epic sounding, like it's made for a Tomorrowland video. Hands in the air!

Limosine

The first track off up and coming Ransomnia, the new mixtape from Ro Ransom. I don't know who this guy is or where he came from, but I hope he stays. Not to mention he also did a dope remix of Outkast's Ms. Jackson.

Sorry Ms. Ransom.mp3

This new single from Flux Pavillion, Daydreamer featuring Example was released on BBC radio 1 tonight at 7. BBC has been unleashing epic artist feature mixes and often gets the first glimpse at new tracks. This video shows the Flux light show, which is pretty much exactly what I see in my daydreams. Nailed it.

The Kid Daytona's original song Low just got amped with the addition of Jadakiss. Perfect song for driving around on a sunny day and taking your mind off the stress.

Dream of Californication

Promise Land's house remix of Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I've been waiting to find an epic remix of this song for years, nothing like finding a song from your past remixed for your future.

Also, here's their epic Adele remix

Hell Yea

Dead Prez - Hell Yea (The Polish Ambassador Remix) by Polish Ambassador

Polish Ambassador Remix of Hell yea by Dead Prez. It adds a nice ethereal sound with a steady bassline, polish really knows how to transition and steps it up big time live. Also hearing a trace of fireflies? Don't forget to check out his new hat from Grassroots California!

Ghetto Bass: Volume 1

Hervé - Ghetto Bass: Mixtape Volume 1

Herve aka Joshua Harvey from London gets down. It's a bomb combo of all genres, taking dubstep elements and applying them to house mashup style. As soon as I heard my girl Beyonce I was sold. My favorite part is about six minutes in. Midterms suck, I want to dance.

Ugly. Horrendous, Really

Listen on Soundcloud HERE

New Bassnectar, Ugly, fresh off the upcoming Va Va Voom, takes dirty dubstep to a whole new level. Its like if dubstep got its ass seriously beaten with drum sticks, only to come back stronger than ever. Sorry I couldn't find the embed player.

Space Mountain

Space Mountain by Deletah

New Deletah track sharing the same name as the only roller coaster I would not go on at Disney World as a kid. This is much more fun than the ride. Go party!

Come To Me

Matt Easton releases his second mixtape, The Rhetorical Tradition, and he adds a little extra soul to the white college boy rapper style we usually know. This beat is BAD ASS. Definitely going on my party playlist for when it's time to get down. The rest of the mixtape has a little more of a classic style, using a lot of jazz and oldschool influence. Cop it here!

Slevel

Levels by Avicii just might be the greatest song ever produced. Why? Because it is equally as awesome played backwards as it is played forwards. This edit by George Monev is pretty shocking, I was not expecting it to work as well as it does. I pretty much always get a good feeling now that this song is part of my life.

Spend It Freestyle

Rick Ross has been working with Spiff TV making some great visuals lately, I love the style and the colors. This freestyle over Spend It by 2 Chainz is short, sweet, and to the point. Just how a good freestyle should be. "You went broke? that shit cray. Maybach, my shit great." Not to mention the original song itself is great, "It's mine, I spend it." Anthem.
